Starting at the bottom, thick PCV pipe is used to create a solid frame that can easily support the weight most people will place on top, and then some. Using high quality fasteners, the large feed and drain tubes are connected to the frame legs. Utilizing quick-release clamps, the feed tube is connected via hoses to the main feed lines located inside the square grow tubes. Depending on the table type and location within the grow areas, 360° spray nozzles are placed to be able to fully cover the root system. The cutouts are all perfectly cut to fit 3" net pots. There are 20 openings to use for growing with the end holes used for table maintenance such as cleaning roots and detritus from the drainage area. The drain tube returns the water solution to a main reservoir that will fit under the table. Also included is a quality Eco pump that sends pressurized water through the feed lines at a set interval.

The entire system is designed to be as simple as possible which means easy set up and break down. The only required table maintenance is routine checks and clearing of the drainage paths. Any part can be removed to be cleaned or replaced. Evergreen Aero Tech offers all replacement parts at very reasonable prices. We also have all equipment for sale from the lighting to the nutrients, and offer package deals that will save you money. For many people hydroponics is a great alternative to medium (soil) based systems. However, most of these type systems are very energy and water intensive. Thankfully, over the past few decades aeroponics has been developed and improved making it much more reliable, available and less intimidating to the average person.
